2018 Town of Southampton Interbeach Lifeguard Competition

Come cheer on your favorite lifeguards and watch the men and women who rule the beach get put to the test in seven different events: distance swim, distance run, four-man longboard paddle relay, land line rescue, 4x100-meter relay, run-swim-run, and the ultra-competitive beach flags. It is also a precursor to the East Hampton Main Beach competition on July 19 and the USLA National Lifeguard Championship in August where Southampton, East Hampton and Montauk guards join together to compete as the Hampton Lifesaving Association.
