  1. 2018 Great East End Clean-Up

    April 21, 2018 - April 22, 2018 @ All you need to do is select an area of public property such as a park, beach, trail, or roadside that is in need of cleaning.

    Join Councilwoman Christine P. Scalera for the 2018 Great East End Clean-Up, taking place on Saturday, April 21 and Sunday, April 22 Individuals and community groups are welcome to participate. Southampton Town will provide the garbage bags and a free pass to the Town recycling centers to dispose of the refuse. A limited number of pick sticks are available on a first come, first serve basis.

    Students in grades 5 - 12 are invited to come out to the Drop Spot, 655 Flanders Rd on Saturdays from 12:00pm - 5:00pm for Zumba, yoga, Wii Fit, Basketball, Frisbee, healthy snacks, and other Drop Spot activities!   2. Creative Arts Contest

    The Southampton Youth Bureau’s Creative Arts Contest is back! This year’s theme is “Diversity”. The contest is open to students in grades 5 – 12 who reside in the Town of Southampton. An exhibit and reception will be held on Saturday, May 12th from 1:00pm – 3:00pm at the Flanders Community Center, 655 Flanders Road which will feature all submitted art work. Prizes will be awarded to the “Best Art Piece” in the categories of photography, graphic art, sculpture, and free-hand. Artists can submit a maximum of two entries. Art work will be judged on quality, creativity, and presentation based on the artist’s interpretation of “Diversity”. All art entries must be dropped off at the youth bureau’s main office in Southampton Town Hall, 116 Hampton Road by Monday, April 30th 2018.
